Celebrate the special festive period at the Kingfisher in our new indoor snow experience, Snow Play!
This fantastic, wholly immersive artificial snow experience will allow children to have fun in the snow without the need to wrap up warm with woolly hats and gloves.
For just £1 per session, the little ones can have lots of fun in our indoor winter wonderland snow play area!
Snow Play is located opposite Clintons on Walford Walk and this new and exciting experience will be available from Saturday 24th November until Christmas Eve. Snow Play will be suitable for children aged 3-10*.

How to book
Simply reserve your tickets online and pay upon check in on your arrival. Alternatively, turn up on the day at Snow Play and reserve your session with a member of staff and pay upon session time**. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the session is due to commence for checking in and payment. Cash payments only.
**Subject to availability. We would advise to pre-book weekend sessions to avoid disappointment.
To book online:
- Select the week you would like to book Snow Play.
- Select a date from the drop down list available.
- Select the number of tickets you would like to reserve (up to 20 tickets per session).
- Fill in your details with your name and e-mail address and follow the online instructions.
- You will then be sent an order receipt to confirm your reservation to your e-mail.
- Present your order receipt upon booking using your mobile device or with a printed receipt and pay your £1 upon check in.
If you do wish to make any changes to your booking, locate your order receipt and click ‘manage tickets’ to make any changes.
Please note: Please bring the correct cash value for the number of sessions booked as we are unable to provide change.
Quiet hour
For our younger guests who would prefer a calmer, quieter environment we will operate a Quiet Hour every Tuesday morning.
Quiet sessions can be booked on the following dates between 11am – 12pm;
Each session will be limited to 10 children per session. Each session will last for 10 minutes.
Disabled Access
For wheelchair users, should you require access in to the snow area, please proceed to book your preferred time slot and then either telephone or e-mail our customer services desk with any special requirements.
Parent and Toddler sessions
The littler ones can enjoy the snow area with a supervising adult or guardian at all times within the snow area. Parent and toddler sessions can be booked out on the following mornings between 11am and 12pm;
- Monday 26th and Wednesday 28th November
- Monday 3rd and Wednesday 5th December
- Monday 10th and Wednesday 12th December
- Monday 17th and Wednesday 19th December
Each session will be limited to a capacity of 10 children and adults/guardians per session and last for 10 minutes. Sessions apply to toddlers aged between 18months - 3 years only.
FREE Nandinos meal!
Nandos at Kingfisher have teamed up with Snow Play this Christmas. The little ones can receive a FREE nandinos meal with each paying adult at Nandos, Kingfisher.* Pick up your voucher when in-store at Snow Play.
*One free Nandinos meal only with this voucher when an adult combination meal is purchased. Valid at Nando's Redditch only. Offer valid until 09/12/2018. Photocopies are not accepted.
